I have been working at Central Garden & Pet full-time (more than a year)

Pay is more than unemployment benefits and you can learn a few new skills while getting paid for it. Pro or con dependent on your view, no overtime allowed.

Employee turnover is outrageous. Nothing changes in the way employees are treated and dealt with. Even temp employees don't stay any longer than they have to. Long time permanent employees ALWAYS looking for other jobs. If you're in a bind, don't mind low wages for awhile, and want to learn new software this is the place to spend a few months to get that experience.
Constant 'talk' about 'what's wrong' and what needs 'fixed' from management, no action however.
Cost of benefits (which aren't very good) raise every year, more than the raise you get, if you get one. So it's like losing pay each year.
Be cautious of what you say on here. I hear tale that you get called on the carpet for it.
