Unlimited income potential, not micro managed, amazing back-end support when I want it, outstanding support on the merchant side as well (CPay's tech support and customer care is all in house, 24/7/365....that's huge, no outsourced BS). Zero financial indemnification on my end and I'm almost a year in. Cpay is a direct processor, they can get low with their prices. It's good to know your company will work with numbers to open an account if your client isn't happy with the proposal. Pay out is same day, I've never had an issue with pay. By far the most buttoned up and transparent processor Ive worked for. I read one review here with the "Boiler Room" comment......well duh! This is sales partner. I've talked with multiple Directors with Cpay and compared to the other companies I singed deals for, these guys are pretty legit. I called my Director about 20 times in one day, I felt no heat. Give me a break. The Director's have assistants as well, furthest from sales mentality you can get, supper supportive and helpful.
You know the cons of working an independent contractor position, don't hate the players, hate the game. No Insurance, no base pay etc etc. Again, it's the nature of the independent contractor game.
Advice to Management
Keep it up. People going into this with reasonable expectations will probably truly enjoy working here. People wanting accounts handed to them are probably not going to last here long. People coming in upset with how the business has been set up and ran for years probably won't last here long. Keep doing what your doing.
