    I have been working at CenturyLink full-time (more than 5 years)

    Pros

    The management team cares about its employees and strives to make everyone better at his or her job. My supervisor look at me like a person not just an employee number.

    Cons

    The pay is low. After 6 years and moving to the respective top of the food chain in the work environment I still make less then almost all other IT companys a year and the responsibility and work load increases by the month. It is very hard know other companies pay 45k or more a year for the same level of responsibility or less. When my group makes 25k or so a year.
    Aside from your direct supervisor most anyone else looks at you like a number rather then a person.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    I am not sure I have any advice. I would say pay more but who wouldn't. I am reviewing a call center job and such as a call center job it is probably one of the best in the industry.
