Compensation is competitive with others. Money is not an object since shareholder value is the least of their concerns.

Company is a sham, dupes investors. Highly political and un-intelligent coworkers. Company does not know how to use investor money wisely and has run away spending by unskilled VP's and CEO. Does not know how to produce results. A poorly managed company run by mostly incompetent senior management.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Get rid of the incompetent managers and replace with results oriented leaders. The senior leadership team is a joke.
