    - Great internal training - Good team mates - Some career progression - Nice accounts


    - CM can not maintain its staff due to poor salaries, unclear career progression and unfair bonus structure - Senior Management are questionable - CM is known for creating great Recruiters but they are often poached from competitors who are paying more

    Advice to Management

    Get connected with your staff and listen to them. Reshape the bonus structure to get in line with your competitors otherwise you'll continue to have a high staff turnover.
