Great vacation benefits. 5 week vacation and 8 month maternity leave which is really amazing if you expect a child after getting in the company. The mission of the company to empower people is great.

    1. has been a successful petition site for a few years and it is unclear what it will become next. The product roadmap has been all over the place and still unclear what is the vision beyond a petition site that makes money through selling leads. 2. Major attrition of key employees within a year of employment. VP of product left within a year or so of being with the company. Multiple key Product Managers's have left in the last few months. Top technical leadership and the most talented engineers have left. One of the top data engineers even left within 7 months of employment. In short, people see as a stepping stone to something better.

    Advice to Management

Revisit the business strategy and think out of the box as to what is next. Perhaps, get a management consultant to think beyond what the current vision is or an entirely new business strategy.
