    I worked at ChannelAdvisor full-time for more than 5 years

    Pros

    Great people, smart (UK) office in central London location, impressive facilities and perks (healthcare, share options, 25 days holiday, expenses), good client base, effective software solution

    Cons

    Limited control by UK management (i.e. all decisions are effected by US management), product is expensive and complex, interface and software are NOT user-friendly, morale amongst staff (particularly sales, but also Professional Services) is relatively low, limited investment in departments other than sales and marketing, UK work ethic/environment and market conditions not wholly understood by US paymasters.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Afford senior management in the UK (and conceivably elsewhere outside the US) more flexibility and control over targets, process and incentives.
