    Pros

New leadership brought clear vision and an exceptional execution plan. All departments are aligned in achieving vision. Excellent operational leadership focused to achieve goals. Great integrity with core driving value to provide a strong, quality product at a reasonable price. Vision is not yet achieved, but path is clear and progress is fast.

    Cons

Any job where service has to be provided 24x7x365 causes interruptions to life on holidays and weekends. Would love a 5 day a week, 9-5 type job, but not sure that's even practical anymore.

    Advice to Management

Tom's direction is specific and progress is measurable. My time there observing the company was better than my business education. Of course, you should pay your entry-level employees more.
