I have been working at Chase Hospitality full-time for more than 5 years

The owners are nice men and easy to work for and the company is doing well so job security is good.

They are very tight with their money and raises don't come regularly. The company lacks an HR dept and or person who is trained to deal with those issues and so the have no set policies and procedures in dealing with employee issues. Benefits are virtually none existent.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Pay your people well and offer better benefits and you will attract and retain good employees.
