    Pros

    Credit-card call center phones position.

Positive, caring environment fostered company-wide and consistently on display among team leaders and POD leaders.

Actively inclusive company culture which supports people of all backgrounds.

Amazing benefits package and competitive pay. Trans-inclusive healthcare.

    Cons

Stress and burnout. Talking to people about their credit cards non-stop, sometimes with not even a breath between calls can really get some people down. It did me so I sadly had to leave due to developing mental-health issues(which my team leader was very supportive through).

Lack of time to have meaningful interactions with coworkers also made it difficult to deal with.

    Advice to Management

Keep up that focus on building strong and caring employees. Don't be afraid to cut-out people who you can tell from their voices don't really want to be there, but keep being supportive to those who give it their all every day.

You have an almost unique, and frankly amazing feedback tool. Process-leaders should seriously consider the submissions of front-line employees.

Thing to improve for call-center specialists: develop more tasks that get specialists away from the phones a couple of times a shift to relieve the monotony and reduce burnout.
