I worked at Chase full-time (more than 5 years)

Of all of the big banks, I feel that Chase is the best. I was promoted several times, relocated from NY to FL, and loved woking there. Even though there 200k+ employees globally, I rarely felt like I didn't have a voice.

I had many different managers. I think my record was four in the same year in the same position. Opportunities are somewhat limited outside of NY, OH and AZ. The company is level-setting with regard to staff this year, and there have been lots of layoffs.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Be more open to employees moving between lines of business (i.e. consumer banking to private banking) and between countries. It would be great if there were some sort of networking / mentoring program for employees looking to make moves like these.
