The worst job I've ever had.

Former Employee - Senior Agent for Customer Service in Phoenix, AZ

I worked at Cheapcaribbean.com full-time for more than a year

    Pros

When upper management was out of the office to screw things up. When a resort would come to the office to buy lunch. That is absolutely it.

    Cons

Everything else. Not being able to use your vacation, no raises, micromanaged beyond control, supervisors that either knew nothing of the process or were dictators, getting errors over the process when I was never officially trained. Also, the place is ran by a shoddy HR department where I witnessed a supervisor using a homophobic slur against 2 agents...and HR fired the agents instead of the supervisor!!! Complete insanity. And yes, I'm 99% sure HR will respond to this review with their usual whining.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

I'd advice them to clean house for the agents/management; instead, I've only witnessed all of the quality agents and management quitting or being let go.
