I have been working at Chemence full-time (more than a year)

    Pros

Lots to do and lots to learn. Management likes to hire as few people as possible, so once a person is hired, many more responsibilities are given and expected. This can be good if you are looking to learn new things and grow.

    Cons

Too many cons to even list here. Performance evaluations are never given. Raises (even promised raises) are never given. No training is given, ever. Managers do not understand how to truly manage people or how to motivate people. There is much secrecy, double standards, yelling, cursing, and firing. Most people hired do not make it even a year. This company is the craziest place I've ever worked and definitely the most unprofessional. Management does not care at all about the employees. They will screw anyone over in a heart beat.
