There really aren't any pros to this company. I would say the catering onsite can be good.Cons
There's way too many to list. First of all, they do not pay time and a half for CDL drivers. They make you sign what is essentially an overtime waiver sheet which is illegal. Yes, there is such thing as a miss-classified worker. We do essentially the same job as non-CDL helpers, who get overtime.
They do not have a set schedule.
They do not have any benefits other than 401K. There is no vacation or paid leave of any kind.
They do not tell you how long you will be working in the field and when there is no work they do not tell you when you can expect work, sometimes 2 or 3 weeks without work.
They do not give more than 1 coverall, 1 pair of gloves, 1 hard hat for sometimes months at a time.
If you ask them to bring you extra essential safety stuff they take forever to bring it usually 1 or 2 weeks or not at all.
Their coordinators are incompetent they don't know anything.
There is no training, you learn as you go.
Sometimes pay can be an issue as you will be short hours every once in a while. Management likes to blame it on the small business we are still growing routine, but they have been at this for years already, they should have the act together already.Advice to ManagementAdvice
Pay your workers overtime. Give us per diem and vacation because you cannot be eating out every day on the company card and losing customers at the same time.Doesn't RecommendNegative OutlookDisapproves of CEO
