I worked at Chestnut Health Systems full-time (less than an year)

    Pros

    Good benefits
The prevention staff were very friendly and passionate about their work.
They put on some nice events for employees throughout the year.

    Cons

Disorganization. Upper management did not communicate changes well with our branch. In fact they never seemed to know what was going on at our branch.
Employees overworked and underpaid. How can these jaded professionals effectively help others? I did two full time jobs for pay too low for even one job. Office disruption and budget cuts caused workload increase, but upper management were not understanding/flexible.
I feel that upper management bullied me into quitting during a time of budget cuts so that they wouldn't have to pay unemployment.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

If your primary goal is to help people, then make sure you're creating environments that allow for that.
