    I have been working at Chicago Public Schools full-time


    Dedicated employees who work long hours to support our schools at students.


    Slow to no raises for no-union employees. Teachers have pay raises guaranteed, all those working to support teachers and school staff have no such guarantees on raises or even fair compensation.

    Take better care of the people holding the organization togther.
