I have been working at Childcare Network full-time (Less than a year)

I love the Kindergarten Prep Academy curriculum that we use to teach the students. There is a new theme each month that teaches them about the world around them in addition to learning letters, numbers, colors, etc. Plus, I really enjoy working for my boss. She really cares about her employees.

When I was hired on in the summer there were a lot of college students working there. So naturally when school started back we were really short staffed and the students were lacking that consistency they needed. It's getting better, but we need steady workers. A lot is expected out of you and it's a lot of work but we are teaching children so I think that is kind of a given. I would want my child's teacher to do whatever they can to make learning enjoyable for my kid so I try to do the same for the parents who bring their children to CNI
