I worked at Childcare Network full-time (Less than a year)

It is cool that they have a pool. They tend to have creative events for the children. Some of the staff anyway.

Staff members gossip, argue with one another, text/call on cellphone during care for children (asleep OR awake). Management is not very organized and doesn't have an expansion of enough subs so teachers come in sick and exposing illness to the children. Teachers have even been allowed to return when injured. There is not enough room in the classrooms and they are over ratioed, not to mention 3's are held in their classroom for far too long. I have witnessed some teachers have to raise their voice over the large group of children, they themselves are very stressed, and are very tired throughout the day.

    Advice to Management

Be clear and consistent with policy and find a way to balance the needs of the classroom and your staff.
