    I have been working at Christie Clinic full-time


    I have seen the company work with employees by providing them the opportunity to relocate to different departments to find a better "fit" rather than just terminating their employment.


    Very unprofessional behavior among staff. Opp for advancement; it's not what you know, but who you know. The company has an untapped and unutilized talent pool because they don't promote from within based on your knowledge, skills, and abilities, but rather if you are personal friends with upper management.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Promote from within based on your talent pools KSA's, let go of the old fashion hierarchical mannerisms, and high school attitudes.
