    Pros

A steady paycheck. But everyone is replaceable

    Cons

If you are up for a challenge this is the place. Culture and technology are years behind the rest the world. No perks, low wages, and all of the cost gets passed into the employees and customers in the form of low wages, low benefits, no raises, and high cost.

If there are any pros, they are coming from management and they don't seem to really care. They talk a good game.

No profit sharing, no rewards besides a steady pay check. With plant efficiency goals of 65% and no increase in anyone's pay if improvements are made, it's no wonder they operate at such low efficiency. NO ONE CARES except the owners, and only as long as they make theirs. We could waste a million and they might notice, but if we save it they take it.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Pay your people what they are worth and stop being greedy. Go to bat for your workers and start thinking outside the box...there are solutions out there that don't involve over complication and tons of waste...let go.
