most of the guests, seeing children happy, the managers in my store, great caring and dedicated DM

go any higher than a DM? haha forget it. they don't care about you!! Most DMs don't either, i just happen to be lucky enough to have one of the good ones! Last week we got our bonus checks. Still pathetic compared to what we made last year but it was almost respectable. until we got blasted with emails and had a conference call telling us they were calculated wrong. HOW DO YOU MISCALCULATE PAY FOR 500 PEOPLE?? and how did NO ONE notice this until AFTER we all got paid?? completely ridiculous. and now, as far as my almost respectable bonus? i will be paying back over half of it to the company over the next 3 months. Thats awesome! i can't tell you how great it is to work more hours and work way harder for LESS PAY!! i don't know any GMs who have made more bonus year to date vs last year. or even close for that matter. 10k less than last year seems to be the norm. who can afford to lose a grand a month??

    Advice to Management

i get it. its like flipping a house. you bought us, you dumped a ton of money into it (mostly just to get us into the 21st century technologically) and then you will sell us. probably by going public again. what will make the company worth more for you? sales increases. profit increases. but its baffling how unaware you are of what you're losing in the process. or, you just don't care. I'm definitely finding it a struggle to stay...honestly, why would any GM stay here?? there has been a good amount of GM turnover and honestly, most of the earlier ones probably needed to go. good job. you weeded out the lazy useless people. but now you're starting to lose some of the good ones. the ones with tenure. and they are dropping like flies.
