    I worked at Cigna full-time for more than a year


    Steady shift Hours, base pay, friendly co-workers.


    Performance reviews were idiotic, horrible choices made for mid level managers.
    Zero room for growth among entry level jobs.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Upper management needs to stop running customer service department in cookie cutter process. Mid level managers should not get a bonus for slashing work force. Hiring mid level managers who have zero experience with management of people is a joke. Training for actual job was sub-par.
