    Engineers love Cisco, great opportunities and R&D
    Great benefits and home working flexibility

    Cons

    Death by webex, the company thrives on conference calls since travel cuts a few years back
    Difficult to develop career if outside of HQ locations
    Marketing budgets first to be cut in difficult times like in all tech companies

    Shake up management team, time for Chambers retire and new CEO to breathe new air in company
