    Pros

    The pay is ok. Well, it is better than ok.

    Cons

    Management is unavailable. The benefits... well... you have no choice but to sign up for all of them, even if you don't want them. I guess the company benefits from these "benefits" by writing them off and not paying taxes on them. The pre-employment "agreement" is wicked. Read it before you sign. It is unethical. Some of its items are legally unenforceable in California. They throw a big net, hoping to catch as many fish as they can. They count on your ignorance of the law. The administrative overhead is overwhelming. You are wasting a lot of time NOT doing what you were hired for.

    Advice to Management

    Be more professional. Be more available.
