I worked at Citi full-time (More than 5 years)
Decent pay, good benefits and paid time off, nice annual appreciation day fitness center and showers, safe campus, cool co-workers, good 401k.
Extreme micro-management, unrealistic goals, little power to help customers, system upgrades usually make things worse, CEO makes over 17 million , but you're in trouble if you use bathroom during shift, idiotic customers who can't read or understand basic math, never ending shifts that make 8 hours seem like 3 days. A job that is mentally and emotionally damaging and requires constant sitting.
Advice to Management
Let people use the restroom, look at the big picture, give employees more input, don't be so cheap with system design and development.
