    I have been working at Citi full-time for more than 5 years

    Pros

    Good health benefits - Vision coverage always gets positive comments from the various optometrist I have used.

    Cons

    As with any big company, with whom you work will dictate your experience. I'm blessed with a good boss, but some higher-ups are a bit more closed-off to suggestions and may not be as in-touch with lower level employees as they could be.
    Always too busy to take desired training for growth.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Remember to treat all with respect, even if they aren't at your senior level. Keep an open mind and realize not all employees will be "stars". Be more receptive to criticism. Involving impacted teams in decisions/process changes will go a long way toward making positive strides.
