    I worked at Citizens Bank & Trust full-time for more than a year

    Pros

    Pay and time off are better than most banks

    Cons

    Poor communication from managers and leadership and the company will rollout projects and initiatives only to give up on them which only creates chaos. There is a lot of turnover here because satisfaction is pretty low.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Show people that you care about them and get to know them. Communicate your goals and plans and clearly state your expectations. Get rid of people who don't contribute and bring in talented people who care about their fellow co workers and their job. Hold people accountable for their performance and get rid of them when they suck instead of keeping them for years and years. Implement a marketing strategy and actually bring in people who know what they are doing in that department.
