  1.

Unbelievably disorganized. Poor leadership at mid level management on up.

    Pros

Still people there that want to see it succeed and have provided many ideas which sadly have fallen on deaf ears.

    Cons

Business development leadership is weak, business, product and sales did not interact well with each other. CityGrid and CitySearch salespeople spend 30-50% of their time filing and following up on bug tickets. No coherent mobile strategy whatsoever, Yelp and Foursquare have successfully passed them over in terms of relevance.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Outline a cohesive business strategy and stick with it going forward, your place is stocked with talented people most of which you have sadly laid off as you have completely lost touch with who does and does not perform to the requirements of their position. Product, Business Development, Engineering, and Sales Leadership need to be placed on the same page and held accountable. The CEO who's based in Los Angeles should have an office in the same building. He was never in the office and it sucked the morale out of the place.

    Doesn't Recommend
    Negative Outlook
    No opinion of CEO
