I worked at Clairvoyant TechnoSolutions as a contractorPros
The trainer was pretty knowledgeable. And the training is pretty basic. If you are a starter, the training will be somewhat helpful. But this can turn into a cons just because it's never good enough to jump into a project and do some serious stuff.Cons
Training is mostly basic stuff you can find on any websites.
You have to sign a contract basically saying that the training cost money and there will be penalty if you wanna find some other opportunities.
After 6 weeks or "god knows when its done" of training, nobody gets jobs for very long time.
I was told I would be in a project after 2 weeks of training when I signed the contract but then... it took longer than 6 weeks and had no jobs for 5 month afterwards.
I saw some guys with no job for more than a year and got trapped with this company because they couldn't pay the penalty to leave. Some left anyways and then they were forced to pay the penalty.
No direct clients meaning that it takes forever for them to put you in a project.
All the opportunities they provide are from job portal webs. Might as well just find it on your own.
No paid time off.
Low salary.Advice to ManagementAdvice
If a trainee thinks the training was useless and wants to leave, just let them go.
None of other consulting companies do that.Doesn't RecommendNo opinion of CEO
