    Interview questions do not flush out the best aptitudes of candidates, appear to be too focused on fluff

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Please consider other things besides what "clubs" prospective employees are in. I am aware of someone who is very qualified, stays in jobs for long time periods and wants to work who was recently interviewed. The interview consisted of wanting to know what clubs the applicant belongs to, and what certifications the person has. This person has a college degree and over 20 years of work experience in their chosen field. My guess is this company is missing out on good employees because they are too hung up on club membership versus job aptitude and attitude.
