When I first started with the company it was great culture people everything. Loved working with the kids.
Recently the change in management quality has made a significant plunge. They do not care for their employees livelihood or in general. Will do multiple things that violate federal grant policies and laws just to make a profit or save their jobs. When any advice or concerns are given they are quickly dismissed or ignored! Not a company to be with, for it is soon to be going under if they continue with the shady actions they choose to make which they probably will. Don't think you can bring up concerns to HR because it will not be taken care of and will be shared with the person you are having troubles with.
Advice to Management
Get your stuff together follow federal laws and grant policies take care of your employees like you should. We are here for the kids not to become rich.
