I worked at Clayton YES! part-time (More than a year)
The weekends off were the only reason I stayed so long.
The changes management made did not improve the programs and the morale went down and the workers started treating the kids terribly. When I went in to put in my two weeks the refused to let me quit because they didn't have any staff because no one wants to work for a company that treats their workers like crap.
Advice to Management
Just close the company. You are horrible.
