Clear channel is a decent place to work, they just are not willing to compensate their employees appropriately.

I have been working at Clear Channel

    Pros

Good benefits, annual bonuses to some employees, free tickets to events, good work environment & co-workers.

    Cons

Do not offer compensation when new responsibilities are issued, laid off more then half staff, pay reduced from previous years, do not offer raises, takes accounts from Sales Reps to provide new employees training pay.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

When you say you are only keeping your top performers, you need to find a way to compensate them accordingly, otherwise current employees have no loyalty to the company.
