Definitely not what it is made out to be... In a short time you will be sorry you came to work there.

I worked at Clifford Power Systems full-time (more than 5 years)

    Pros

There are some great lower level people working at the branches (non managerial)

    Cons

Pay raises are virtually non existent for salaried workers. Yearly cost of living raises are not even given. Company promises bonuses but always find ways to not pay them. Company does not believe in putting a full staff in each location, instead forcing people to do the work of several people for several branch locations all at the same time. Stress level is very high.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Pay attention to your lower level employees instead of just listening to upper management and sales force. Keep in mind that your corporate office might be in Tulsa, but the rest of your branches are not. Do not run the entire company like it is based in Tulsa, instead concentrate on each local market where your branches are situated. Cost of living is different in all of these regions, and employees should be compensated in accordance with their region.
