    Current Employee - Anonymous Employee

I have been working at Clinical Research Management full-time (more than 3 years)

salary was almost good enough to survive on in the DC metro area, they do have health insurance that covers some things (I just haven't found them), travel person is super-nice, they pay for Trip It Pro which is actually helpful

You feel like a third-class citizen working for a client (when you work at that client's site), no advancement, miserable travel, what I was told in the interview had nothing to do with the actual position, no telework/telecommuting (even though it was promised), everything can change for no reason, getting tasks done doesn't matter - they just want a warm body in a room so they get paid, timesheets are a nightmare

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

if the job is getting done and the technical person who supervises the actual job thinks the employee is doing great, maybe there should be some kind of reward... or at least not a punishment

    Doesn't Recommend
    Negative Outlook
    No opinion of CEO
