I have been working at Club One part-time (Less than a year)
My co-workers, but NOT the management. The majority of my co-workers are amazing and supportive, except for those who kiss up to the terrible management and screw their co-workers over.
-terrible management -management is unsupportive of staff - there are illogical rules and procedures - the mangement screws their staff over -they don't hire from within -don't fully train or provide proper guidance for emergency procedures.
Advice to Management
Get better management and stop screwing all your staff over. Your "shinning" reputation that draws in possible employees doesn't last long once they are hired. Everyone is heading out the door ASAP. This place is a disaster waiting to happen.
