    Product in customer hands quickly

This organization is striving to be a Life Science Company. Many problems with Product at launch to be fixed later. No Revision Control and operating practices are loose. Engineering discipline. Testing Documentations is not exactly truthful. If your conscience will bother you don't work here. Purchasers will change O-ring material if the O-ring of the correct compound is not available without consulting Engineering and if it will cause a usage problem. Individual components are switched in and out, old revs components with a different design are substituted for current revision components if a mold tool in China is worn out. There is no revision change to the final product so there is no tracking or documentation of what is being sent to customers. Similar components from two different vendors are mixed together in one single batch as if they are coming from a single source and is covered up. Products are released to production without documentation or final drawings/BOM and can change undocumented from this point. Customers are not aware of what really goes on. They are shown "procedures" that are not usually followed.
