    I have been working at Collective full-time (more than 3 years)


    There is absolutely nothing positive to say about this company at this point. They do Pizza Thursdays once a month to try and improve the awful morale but everyone sees it more as an insult than a perk.


    Almost all Senior Management has turned over within a year, the head of the Account Services team does not come to work so all support staff refuses to do their job and only works 10-4, the company has a very hard time delivering on the simplest of commitments, they will mess around with your pay and they will turn the screws on you if you ask any questions. The turnover in the last year and a half - across ALL departments - has been UNREAL.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    My advice to senior management is to wake up and stop pretending you're the best when your technology is light years behind the competition. Your staff are not claiming "victim mentality" as you claim, we're just unable to compete when we have nothing to offer.
