I have been working at College Works Painting as an intern for less than a year

    Pros

*You are in complete control of your success.
*The work environment is very motivational yet also incredibly fun and friendly.
*Interns get the chance to make some decent summer money.
*You get to meet all kinds of different people.
*Everyone in the company started as an intern, and understands the challenges.

    Cons

*This internship requires a huge time commitment.
*If you aren't a very good manager, your profits can suffer for it.
*A lot of the hardships you encounter might make you feel like quitting (but isn't that with anything in life?...)

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

*Management does a good job at motivating interns and always being there for them, but sometimes a manager may have areas that they are less qualified than others. If they could help interns be successful in every aspect instead of focusing heavily on certain parts, more interns could thrive.
