I have been working at College Works Painting as an intern for less than a year

    Pros

This internship has given me experience in management, interview skill (being on both sides of the interview), customer service skills, scheduling and organization, work ethic, and more. I am much more comfortable speaking in public as well as being a leader. The company creates an atmosphere where it teaches its employees to own their actions and be responsible for the consequences. One of my favorite motto's is "Work hard play hard". This is also a highly paying internship. The bonuses are awesome, i.e.: Fully paid trip to Cancun, money.

    Cons

This is a very difficult internship. It is not for everyone. In order to be very successful and make a lot of money, you must put in more than 40 hours a week. You don't start making big money until a month into summer.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Small kinks need to be ironed out with estimating hours for certain areas. More control over intern's first production job to minimize expenses.
