I have been working at CollegeAmerica as a contractor (more than an year)Pros
Most Faculty and Staff actually care for the students.
The Deans and management listen when offered suggestions and implement those that they can.
They work hard with adjunct faculty to improve classroom experience for both faculty and students.
They offer a good education for the kind of student body they market toward.Cons
Sometimes they don't provide all the technology needed to teach a class. Instructor has to provide her/his own.
They should have some full-time faculty.
If they would pay instructors for more hours, instructors could be more creative and be better teachers.Advice to ManagementAdvice
Need a better IT department.RecommendsPositive Outlook
