    I have been working at Colonial Life & Accident Insurance Co. full-time (more than a year)

    Pros

    Flexible schedule. Work business hours meeting with businesses. Most people I dealt with were friendly.

    Cons

    Found it difficult to complete with the AFLACs of the world. 95% rejection rate when trying to schedule appointments over the phone. Scheduling appointment was no assurance you were going to get a sale. Too many agents in same areas stopping at the same businesses. Commission only.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Need to stop in on businesses in rural areas.
