I have been working at Columbia University full-time (more than 5 years)

    Pros

    Beautiful Campus in NYC.
Incredible collaboration from smart and talented colleagues.

    Cons

lack of rooms to fit graduate students together results in a terrible isolation.
No physical space for students activities and parties.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Stop being greedy! no need to have more than 4 cafe shops in a small campus that is already surrounded by tons of cafes, bars, and restaurants on the expense of free space for students.
