    I worked at Comcast full-time (more than an year)

    Pros

    Good company benefits they really care about their employees. They are fair always give you room to grow in the company. Flex time is the best.

    Cons

    You have to be ready to work no fooling around. They will not tolerate that kind of behavior. Not too bad of a con. A lot of sales in almost all positions.

    Do not micromanage.
