    I have been working at Comfort Systems USA full-time for less than a year

    Pros

    Management cares about the employees. The benefits are very good. The culture is laid back but busy environment in a growth mode which means opportunities for employees to advance internally.

    Cons

    A bit Silo'd in departments. More communication about what is occurring in the company. Not all employees have an email and difficult to know what is happening unless you hear it from another employee or manager that has email.
