    Great co workers who are there to help.


    Unattainable sales goals, you are never good enough even when you reach their unattainable goal you can always do more, not flexible with schedule, very stressful work environment, management plays favorites, acts like a bank not a credit union, management regularly left before customers who were known to start arguments would walk in, management doesnt back the tellers up. We would say one thing and then they would go to the branch manager and he would do it anyways undermining our little authority.

    Advice to Management

    Treat everyone equally, be nice, it doesn't help to ask us twice a day how many products we had sold. It just makes the job more unbarable. Remember, you are a credit union! You are here to serve the people not sell the people stuff they dont need.
