The participants and families are AMAZING!!! Ive made so many lifelong friends. Many great employees who really care about the mission.
Heavy unachievable work load, zero support from E-team, employees not provided necessary resources to meet job expectations and will be held accountable in the worst way, E-Team and CEO never on the same page, phony and never transparent, accounting team is garbage because they are not led or managed by CFO. Sheryl is a terrible leader who promotes people who will bend over and take her BS. The place is falling apart and the only people who held it together or could turn it around were either let go or left because conditions are so poor. Even if you say something negative about Sheryl or she doesn't like you personally, you will be let go regardless of how good you are at your job.
Advice to Management
Work at the sites and find out what really goes on. You have a moral obligation to fight against any wrongdoing in the agency even if its from your superior. Go to the board! Think before making decisions. Often times huge decisions will occur at the direction of one person (who is no expert) or from a donor that negatively impact programs, participants, and staff. In order to lead like an expert, you must become one. Many blind decisions are made because leadership and the CEO have no idea what they are doing and do not communicate with employees.
