I have been working at CompuCom full-time (more than 5 years)

They push training and schooling which helps keep up to date in the field

Lousy pay, Little to no advancement, No cost of living raises in 6 years, Medical choice is horrible, HR does not value privacy.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Respect your technicians! Actually listen to what they have to say. You have some great technicians, but they will move on if something doesn't change. I've seen some of the best techs I've ever met leave your company for better pay and a management team that works with their people rather than making them feel they are nothing.
