    flexible, good benefits, vacation time. Not micromanaged. Access to current/changing techonology.access to online training, tuition reimbursement.


    You have to be highly motivated to get anywhere or you're stuck on an account. Outsource means you may not get benefits that headquarter employees do--paid bus passes, etc. Raises are miniscule if you get one at all.

    Advice to Management

    Recognize your technicians are the bread & butter of the company and compensate them better. Put your foot down and stop abuse of the contract when the customer demands pie in the sky.
