Steady work and the team at the site were great to work with.
Was brought on as a temp to hire with no benefits, holidays, or vacation time. Was suppose to be only a temp for 3 months, but at the end of month 9 I was still at this status. Company treats their field level technicians as entry level positions and offer below competitive salaries and when asked about being on boarded was told that the paper work was being worked on and will be completed at the end of the month, I got this month after month.
Advice to Management
Pay your contractors market wages, don't treat employees with over a decade of experience as entry level, and stick to the terms of your agreements. Field technicians are most of the time the face of your company and having technicians that stick around for more then a year improves the quality of service you can provide.
